This is a character from Borderlands, this new Sci-Fi Rpg which was released a few days ago. AWESOME game 
The sniper dude, and my friend's favorite character. He always stays in the back, shooting enemiees from far away. And he has the annnoying tendency to totally steal MY KILLS!
Imagine being downed, then only having to shoot one guy to be revived, and you almost kill one, and as the very last tiny bit of his health disapears, a sniper's shot rings sounds, and you miss your kill.

Although he has been a life-saver, and provides good cover
